•No call / No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price. •Cancellations within 24 hour period of scheduled appointment will result in a a 50% charge. •If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule and your appointment will be charged as a same day cancellation. •A card on file is required to book any appointments in light of my cancellation policy. You may pay with cash, Venmo, credit or debit at the time of your service. •No refunds are offered, as my time and supplies are used for each appointment. However, if you are ever unsatisfied with your hair, I offer your corrections within 2 weeks of the initial application.
